Peggy Dianne Pinkerton McMorrough, 68, went to her Heavenly reward peacefully, surrounded by her loving family on January 1, 2019 at her home in Indywood Independent Living in Indainola, Mississippi. She had fought a good fight the last few years due to several serious illness, but today she is with her Lord and Savior. Peggy attended Gooden Lake Baptist Church before moving her membership to Eastside Baptist Church in Belzoni. Her strong faith kept her going until she was called Home.

Peggy was born on March 26,1950 to Olia Felt (Son) and Annie Mae Pinkerton In Yazoo City, Mississippi. She attended school in Isola before moving to Belzoni, Mississippi where she graduated in 1968 before attending Business school. She was a bookkeeper for several years and also worked in other areas. She loved to be around people. She was a sweet caring person and always had a smile no matter what. She made friends easily. She will be missed by them all.

Peggy was preceded by her parents, Son and Annie Pinkerton and a brother, Wiley. She leaves behind her loving children, to cherish her memory, daughters, Tammie McMorrough Domino (Chuck) of Fulton, Mississippi, Brandi McMorrough Rodgers (Brent) of Belzoni,, Mississippi and son, Davey McMorrough (Jean) of Stoney Creek, Ontario Canada. Her pride and joy were her grandchildren, Lori McMorrough, Chase Domino, Brittney Domino Ellenburg (Hunter), Blake Rodgers, Lane Domino, Hailey Rodgers, and Jase Rodgers. She also leaves behind her sisters Gladys Jenkins (Joe) Canton, Mississippi and Brenda Donahoo (Harold) Kilmichael, Mississippi and brother Billy Pinkerton (Brenda) of Richland Mississippi and as well as her sister-in-law Ann Pinkerton of Coldwater, Mississippi. A host of nieces and nephews and friends.

Services will be held Friday, January 4th, 2019 at Eastside Baptist Church in Belzoni, Mississippi. Visitation will begin at 1 PM with the service to follow at 2 PM. Interment will follow at Greencrest Gardens.
