Services for Josie Mae Johnson, 75, of Greenville, are as follows: visiting hours will be from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Wednesday, January 9th, 2019 at Lighthouse Pentecostal Church; and the funeral service will be 2:00 PM Thursday, January 10th, 2019 at Lighthouse Pentecostal Church 1898 HWY. 82 West in Greenville, MS; interment will immediately follow in Lakeview Gardens.
Josie was born May 16th, 1943 in Ruleville, MS, daughter of Jesse L. Nance and Ester Nance.
She was a member of Lighthouse Pentecostal Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her husband, James O. Johnson; children, Tony Nance (Kim) of Divernon, IL, Wayne Johnson (Brenda) of Greenville, Kay Sipes (Todd) of Tunica, and Scott Johnson (Pam) of Greenville; grandchildren, TJ Nance (Sarah), Jeffery Nance (Sonia), Raegen Nance, Cassidy Nance, John Johnson (Tiffany), Chasity Smith (Jeremy), Zach Johnson (Alex), Rob Sipes (Taylor); and a host of great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
