Obituary for Hattie Louise Beard

Hattie" Louise" Beard, 96, of McCrory passed away surrounded by family at home on March 6th, 2020. Louise was born on June 25th, 1923 in Cotton Plant to the late Ben Parker and Mattie Crafford. Louise was proud of her family. She would put them first in every area of her life. She would frequently take her grandchildren on walks to the grocery store and post office; they would consider this a great treat. She was known as Aunt Louise (the favorite aunt) to her nieces and nephews. She loved to be outside doing yard work. She proudly kept nursery for 18 years at Cotton Plant First Baptist Church. Louise is preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Charlie Hawks, and Elizabeth Ballowe; two brothers; Lennon Parker and Troy Parker and one grandchild, Randy Sue Mayher. Those remaining to cherish her memory are her brother, Doyne (Addaline) Parker of Elkhart, IN; one son, Randy Lynn (Charlotte) Beard of West Helena; three daughters Faye (Alton) Evans of Des Arc, Bonnie (Dwayne) Sutterfield of McCrory, and Debbie (Damon) Brown of St. Ann, MO; nine grandchildren, Tommy Sutterfield, Chelsea Griffin, Amy Beard, Ryan Beard, Rick McGee, Shaun McGee, Amanda McGee Luther, Faith Snider and Amanda Heffington. Louise had a host of great grandchildren and one great, great, granddaughter
