Charles Neal Hill, 72, much loved husband, father and grandfather passed away on June 9th, 2018 at Baptist Medical Center in Jackson.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, June 13th at 11 am at the First Baptist Church, Belzoni, followed by a funeral service at noon. Interment will follow the service at Greencrest Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are handled by Mortimer Funeral Home, Belzoni.
Charles was born to Tom and Hattie Hill of Isola, on June 9th, 1946. He was a graduate of Belzoni High School. Charles Married Terry Henry on December 1st, 1968. Charles was a deacon and memober of First Baptist Church in Belzoni and a lifelong farmer.
Charles is preceded in death by his parents.
Charles is survived by his wife, Terry, two daughters, Tiffanee Cordell and her husband Dan of Olive Branch and their two children Keiley and Ty; Traci Cox of Hernando and her two children, Chase and Kate Denley; four siblings, Geraldine Grant (Willlis) of Canton, Eleanor Kelly of the Woodlands, TX, Edward Hill (Linda) of Grenada, Herbert Hill (Wanda) of Isola, and many nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be his nephews: Wayne Hill, Brian Hill, Lance Hill, Ric Grant, Don Grant, and Craig Hill.
Honorary Pallbearers will be the First Baptist Church Men's Sunday School Class.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to First Baptist Church of Belzoni.
